Returns

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
  • Send us an email with your order ID, photos of the issue, and a brief description at support@silvaessentials.com.

 

 

Refunds

Once your return request is approved, you may choose between:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or
  • A replacement product or store credit.


Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, expired, or incorrect:

Email us at support@silvaessentials.com within 48 hours with photos and order details.

We’ll make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit.

 


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened products
  • Digital products (eBooks, journals, downloads)
  • Gift cards and promotional items
